CMDCM Hoard D. Daniel, USN (Ret.)
CMDCM Howard Daniel is a highly educated professional with 30 years of leadership in the military and civilian executive teams. CMDCM Daniel offers experiences in the fields in aviation, personnel and facility management. He has managed human resources operations in small and large personnel communities in the health, morale and welfare sectors involving more than 13,000 military Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines during the Global War on Terrorism. As a dedicated team builder, CMDCM Daniel is an accomplished problem solver, overseeing the maintenance of 500,000 sf facility and 107 acres of real property.
In his current role, CMDCM Daniel serves as the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Assistant at VA North Texas Health Care Systems responsible for Network that covers and maintains initial contact with EEO complainants and their complaints. Network encompasses Dallas, Fort Worth, Bonham and Tyler VA facilities that covers more than 5000 employees.
Previously to his time with the Department of Veterans Affairs, CMDCM Daniel provided facility management for a facility over 400,000 square foot of building space and 107 acres of landscape and was Director of Green Collar Vets, a start-up non-profit, focused on identifying, training and finding positions for recently discharged and retired military Veterans in the green sustainability industry.
