The AUSN was a proud sponsor in partnership with the Reserve Organization of America, Vietnam Veterans of America, National Defense Committee, Jewish War Veterans of the USA, Military-Veterans Advocacy, Wounded Paw Project, The Order of the Carabao, and members of the National Military & Veterans Alliance in a salute to the veteran members of the 119th Congress on January 8, 2025, in Washington D.C.
AUSN Executive Director Steven Rogers and Board of Directors member David Vardeman represented AUSN at the event.
"David Vardeman and I had the opportunity to let many leaders of numerous fine organizations, as well as some Congressional Representatives, know that the AUSN is moving forward full speed ahead with a number of initiatives that will support our members and the Navy. The AUSN received a warm welcome from everyone," said Steve Rogers.
